The Danish Gambit
The point of this post (rather obviously,) is to show you how to get good results playing the Danish Gambit. In this post I will cover all of black's main replies to the Danish Gambit Accepted. In the Danish as white, you must be prepared for either an attacking game, or a queenless middlegame which requires slow maneuvering. The reason is that if black replies to Bxb2 with Bb4+, Nf6, Qe7, or d6, you will be two pawns down with strong dynamic play. If instead black tries e5, you will be forced to trade into an even middlegame without queens. Here is the theory.
